Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 now in force (from 6 Jan 2025)

The Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 (SI 2024/1155) came into effect on 6 January 2025, replacing the 2013 Regulations for all Employment Tribunals in England & Wales. A joint letter from the ET Presidents confirms that existing Practice Directions and Presidential Guidance remain in force, and that references under the old Rules should be read as references to the new 2024 Rules, using the conversion table published by Regional Employment Judge David Franey.
